We hired House Heroes to refinish our front porch, replace the trim on an exterior bay window, and repair a small section of siding. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was disappointing. The porch was not properly sanded before painting, and paint was left on our brick. The new window trim also has noticeable gaps, reflecting poor workmanship. After the project, we found nails, discarded caulking strips, and even a partially eaten banana and peel left behind. Overall, the work fell well below reasonable expectations for professional craftsmanship, and I cannot recommend House Heroes based on our experience.
